Description
One
of the most comprehensive databases of the
major exporters, it provides a powerful
target group of those companies whose export
sales make up a substantial percentage of
their overall sales. As an added bonus,
the list is available with with either a
choice of named most senior executive OR
named export manager.
Data
is 100% postcoded and telephone numbers
are available for all records. Fax
numbers are available for over 70% of records
and are cleaned against the Fax Preference
Service File.
Accuracy
All contact names were verified by
telephone within the last 6 months.

can be selected by percentage of export
sales, company size, industry sector, and
geography.

Data
structure
The
following fields are supplied, as standard,
for each record: Name, company name, full
company address including PAF verified postcodes,
salutation. Telephone & facsimile numbers
are appended, where ordered.
Output
formats
Data
is supplied as either an ASCII comma-delimited
text (.txt), Microsoft Excel (.xls), or
Microsoft Access (.mdb) file, on floppy-disk,
CD-Rom or via e-mail. We strongly
recommend you choose the comma-delimited
text format, as it is suitable for import
into any spreadsheet, database or contact
management software, as well as mail-merge and you may hold a different version
of Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Access to
us.
If
you would like to test the different formats,
you can download a sample database in each
of the formats to try out with your software.
The
3 sample files are:
sample.txt (ASCII comma de-limited text format) 
sample.xls (Microsoft Excel format) 
sample.mdb (Microsoft Access format) 
Delivery
Data
is dispatched on floppy disk, CD-ROM or
via e-mail; where we send you our list by
e-mail, this is usually done the same day
the order is placed; otherwise, please allow
1-2 working days from receipt of order.
Disks/CD-ROMs
as well as labels are sent by first class,
recorded mail.
Terms
& Conditions
All
data is supplied for single use or 12 months
lease, and must not be resold to a third
party; if customers do not wish to pay with
order, either through our secure server,
or by cheque, ABCLists are happy to dispatch
the list to the customer with an invoice;
where goods are supplied in this manner,
payment must be made within 30 days of the
supply of the data.
