Top 2,000 lists are generally regarded as
highly responsive.

executives on this list receive a higher
than average amount of direct mail; despite
this, executive in these high profile organisations
are much more likely to respond to a well
targeted and relevant approach than their
counterparts in smaller firms.

of choice (see above), company name, full
company address including PAF verified postcodes,
telephone number, email address, salutation.
Output formats
Data is supplied as either an ASCII comma-delimited text (.txt), Microsoft Excel (.xls), or Microsoft Access (.mdb) file, on floppy-disk, CD-Rom or via e-mail. We strongly recommend you choose the comma-delimited text format, as it is suitable for import into any spreadsheet, database or contact management software, as well as mail-merge and you may hold a different version of Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Access to us.
Delivery
Data is dispatched on floppy disk, CD-ROM or via e-mail; where we send you our list by e-mail, this is usually done the same day the order is placed; otherwise, please allow 1-2 working days from receipt of order.
Disks/CD-ROMs as well as labels are
sent by first class, recorded mail.
